doc: add simple steps about how to port to subsystem SDK

It is not detailed, later we will provide a demo about how to
port it.

+1. Make sure the NMSIS version used in this Nuclei Subsystem SDK is 1.0.4, if not, please change to this version,
+   just replace NMSIS from nuclei sdk 0.3.8
