Hello, @lsq324324 . I'm seeing similar issue when setting numThreads = 2, but it's eliminated when setting numThreads = 1.

To me it looks like an issue in ParallelLogger (OHDSI/ParallelLogger#23), which creates corrupted log file in multi-threaded mode. Then Achilles fails attempting to parse it.
