The code to generate SPLICER and EU SPC graphs are here: http://goo.gl/kbejIk and http://goo.gl/Mhg7Oo. The code is similar and holds a bunch of junk thats not needed b/c its branched from some older projects.

a) what of the defs should be kept or pulled out?

sorry, i'm not sure what you're asking about here.

b) should we migrate to using a public JSON-LD Context?

you can generate JSON-LD from Virtuoso.

c) how to make XSD compliant?
why do you need to do this?

d) data report page
would be useful to compute a summary of the data that you have using VoID. And have some report generation.
