Name all tables with laertes_ prefix will help distinguish laertes tables from others in both the public and ohdsi schemas

Actually we're trying to avoid using the greek names of projects in our table names. We would prefer something more indicative of function. For example instead of chronos_analysis it would be analysis_cohort_cluster.
