Pull Request Closes #1596

I have updated the cheat sheet by:

Removing outdated references to EMET, as it has been discontinued.

Incorporating new recommendations based on the Process Mitigation Management Tool and Windows Defender Exploit Guard to align with modern security practices.

I appreciate your time in reviewing these changes. Please let me know if there are any improvements or further refinements needed.

Might be a good move to change the PR's message first line to close the issue if it really fully addresses the issue.
