Testnode script
test-node.bashnow sets default versions for nitro-contracts and token-bridge (PR OffchainLabs/nitro-testnode#52).This action can optionally override those, if
nitro-contracts-branchortoken-bridge-branchinputs are provided respective env vars will be exported and used in building the testnode.Note: testnode PR #25 needs to be merged first. Then this CI can be re-executed and PR merged if all good
