OpenDDR doesn't support Windows OS for desktops. According to http://www.netmarketshare.com/operating-system-market-share.aspx?qprid=10&qpcustomd=0 Windows is used on more than 70% of desktops. Such desktop operating systems as Mac OS X and Linux have been already added to OpenDDR. Windows should be added to OpenDDR as well.

Support of Windows has been implemented for only NT family. According to statistics more ancient versions of Windows are very rare, so we won't support them.
