This PR - closes #842
-> Fixes the Tag search. When multiple tags are selected, it searches now with AND match.

Also fixed the following: i.e. when the chips are in upper case and the search tag is lower case then it didn't register or select the tag... After this PR, it selects the chip regardless of the case.
