Work2Future is a Youth Employment and Training Program providing vocational services throughout Santa Clara County.

This is the web platform for work2future. The students\employers can register their information. And system can match the students and jobs automatically.

A scoring system was built for work2future and other similiar requirements to matching the candidate profile with job openning or education/traning program.

The scoring system is pramaterized to be tunned with more data in the future. The hadoop clound computing was imported to empower it to utilize the big data computing capacity to analyze more data and get mroe accurate result.
