This PR exposes
connect_timeoutandrequest_timeoutoptions in the cli and Python module. It seems relevant to several issues: #44, #46, among others.PyArrow S3FileSystem exposes
connect_timeoutandrequest_timeoutwhich behave differently by OS, and will be affected by network/service performance (i.e. potentially cause to fail).This PR exposes the timeout options to:
