Please tell me that How to test it on my local?

I tried put these files in to the resouces/patches.zip.
and
I tried put these files in to the patches folder.

But, Any one not change on the list.

Put the pnach (or make one) in the cheats or cheats_ws folder (in Documents/PCSX2).
Go to 'Settings > Folders' and direct 'Cheats Directory' to the folder and close the dialog.
Then right-click on the gamedisc in the game-disc menu, and go to 'Properties > Patches' and disable any patches there, then and go to 'Properties > Cheats' and activate the hack or hacks you want to try out.

Maybe the cheat you're talking about is telling you to try this cheat like widescreen?
Sorry, I misunderstood because I didn't understand what kind of cheat it was.

If so, the widescreen feature is working fine.
Shadow Hearts has multiple product codes, but it seems to only apply to SLPS-73214/73215.

Have you tried out 'Flare effects fix' - does it make any difference, does it work?

If you have the CRC's for [Delux Pack] (SLPS-25317 & SLPS-25318),
and/or for [Standard Edition] (SLPS-25334/SLPS-25335),
then you can test the pnach for these simply by renaming a duplicate of the pnach accordingly.
For example, if 'SLPS-25317' have the CRC 'ABCDEF', then rename a duplicate of the pnach to 'ABCDEF_SLPS-25317'.
