Doh -- already done in PR #99. I hadn't updated TC on my branch so saw errors, but that was because I was using an old version. |

This PR updates the cached results used for tests of
get_micro_data.py. These cached values were for a previous version of Tax-Calculator and are no longer the same on TC version 3.5.3 and beyond.
