What does this PR do?

Correct aug transformation math
make test shapes more meaningful
adjust location jitter of dets and pose kps to be based on footprint dimensions of respective objects instead of the whole frame.

... instead of frame size. The thought is that smaller detections should jitter less than large boxes. Intuition only judgement.

Also updated test shapes to be more distinct and varied than uniform noise

Adjust score augmentation to be a relative proportional change instead of an absolute one. Update class doc-string to reflect the current parameters.
