@LorenzMeier As we discussed, the current documentation should be separated in 2 parts:

  • PX4ESC firmware documentation
  • Pixhawk ESC hardware documentation

The link https://pixhawk.org/modules/pixhawk_esc should point to the hardware documentation page. The link https://pixhawk.org/modules/px4esc should remain valid, and it should contain the firmware documentation.

Can you please confirm that we're on the same page here?

@arthurbenemann Thanks for the contribution; let us figure out how the documentation should be arranged first, then we'll decide what to do with this PR.

@pavel-kirienko It was just odd that now the page redirects you, so I though of pushing this little change. I didn't know the pages where a work in progress.

@pavel-kirienko Makes sense. Although http://px4.io/firmware/px4esc/start might make more sense then?

@LorenzMeier Not sure, the URL says "firmware", which could imply that it has something to do with PX4 stack, which isn't the case. I believe the old one should be preferred.

I'll fix the documentation according to the plan above the day after tomorrow (Jan 1) or so.
