Training sets for GBM learning machinery

Hello,
I read the document about the training model to get IPD. I found We use the Gradient Boosting Machines to construct a function Q(c) that returns an estimate of the mean IPD given a DNA context .. in the document.

I want to know what bacterias you use to train.
