2017012500 Release

Added a preview image of the video and a link to the Panopto interactive player in the assignment submission area. This is used as a fallback when the embedded player is automatically blocked by Moodle security policies. This capability works with Panopto 5.3.0 or later. Moodle admins no longer need to set a security policy "Allow EMBED and OBJECT tags" as a workaround (requires Atto or TinyMCE Panopto buttons).
Made a change to prevent an event handler from responding until after the block has been configured for a Panopto server.
Added an option to configure whether Moodle administrators are automatically added as creators to provisioned courses.
Fixed a crash when displaying a block setting on Moodle 2.7.8 or earlier.
Increased a timeout limit to reduce the chance of hitting a timeout error on slower server connections.

2016120900 Release

When a course is imported to another course, students of imported course are automatically granted permissions to view the Panopto videos in the source course folder. This is optionally enabled by a plug-in setting. See the support document (https://support.panopto.com/articles/Documentation/Moodle-Course-Copy-Permissions) for more detail.
Set access permission automatically when a Moodle course points to an existing Panopto folder.
Add a plug-in wide option to specify which system roles may provision courses.
Add a plug-in wide default setting to specify course role to Panopto role mappings.
Permission synchronization at enrollment / unenrollment may run in background to improve the response time.
Fix the problem that synchronization was broken by 2016081200 release.
Provision course link is not shown any more to students.
Fix the problem that recorder download is not allowed if a user does not have the course_update capability.

2016101227 Release

Update the code to follow Moodle coding guideline.
Add help message to setting items.
Change the default setting of “Asynchronous enrollment sync” and “Automatically provision newly created courses” as Yes.
Minimum Moodle version is set to 2.7.

This release was tested with Panopto server 5.2.1 + Moodle 3.1.1.
