Nomad Conversion and Invictus 1.8 mappings
Adds an option to convert I:R migratory tribes as CK2 steppe nomads, depending on culture. Due to special steppe nomad rules, all characters in steppe nomad realms convert to the state culture, and instead of converting over governorships as vassals, the first 2-4 governorships are assigned to heads of family, with the ruler owning the rest. Additionally, culture, religion, and province mappings for the new 1.8 'Midas' update for Invictus have been added, while also maintaining support for old Invictus saves from before the map extensions. An option has been added to Fronter allowing users to manually switch their province mappings, useful for users with manual installations.
