This PR adds support for deleting and renaming object detection models. It additionally modifies the naming of object detection models, stripping the .rknn extension at the end.

I seem to be in a state where my model isn't in the drop-down? I got here by renaming my model from note-640-640-yolov5s to note2-640-640-yolov5s

Also by renaming models from note-640-640-yolov5s to note2-640-640-yolov5s, I've still got note-640-640-yolov5s around. Not sure how that happened.
