Fixes:
(1) missing #include to prevent compile errors on Dali with gcc at least 9.3
(2) mistakenly enabled group "SGEOMOMS" if the user selects features=*WHOLESLIDE*. Calculating the S-moments doesn't ruin anything but costs about 20% of *WHOLESLIDE*'s time.
