Hello, I just checked that the test errors are from one of our dependent packages pyquafu, it requires the os.environ variable to have a 'HOME' key, which exists in most linux environments. However, this key is missing in the action workflow environment and caused the errors. I have tested that tox run works fine in my local environment. Please kindly let me know what we need to do to make it acceptable to join qiskit ecosystem.
