The SciPy dependency allows for installation of PYSEC-2023-102 vulnerability. This is fixed after 1.11.1.

It seems that SciPy requires minimum version of python 3.9, this needs to be handled too in order to fix this vulnerability.

Having read the comments in the issue tracker of SciPy, it seems that the CVE shouldn't have been placed in the first place. I'd say it is a low priority issue.
