Example regression algorithm

Description

Automatic, periodic regression tester using the QC Api.

The following environmental variables needed to be set:

• DOCS_REGRESSION_TEST_VALIDATION_MODE (boolean) -- whether it is in validation mode or not (writing mode)
• DOCS_REGRESSION_TEST_USER_ID (int) -- user id to call the QC Api
• DOCS_REGRESSION_TEST_USER_TOKEN (string) -- user token to call the QC Api
• DOCS_REGRESSION_TEST_CS_PROJECT (int) -- QC Cloud project ID of the C# regression test
• DOCS_REGRESSION_TEST_PY_PROJECT (int) -- QC Cloud project ID of the Python regression test
