This means that they can be individual jar files instead of the libraries being merged into the quilt-server-launch.jar

This fixes #15. I tested it with qsl and all seemed fine. Not a large code change, just changes the destination from the temp folder into the libraries folder. The jar merging code was removed and instead the libraries are added to the class-path in the quilt-server-launch manifest
