This PR adds the following:

  • an app setting that allows the current project scope to be ignored and search across the entire workspace. This setting is only used/visible when the app is place on a "Milestone" scope page.
  • tweaks to the app build to support a debug development environmnt and consistent version strings in the generated HTML files.
