As of first release, here the list of changes Psike have

Hardware Caching, Streaming Music [Toggleable in Options]
Sustains can now only misses once [Toggleable in Options, not default]
Gameplay Statistics on Gameover [Toggleable in Options]
Reworked and Improved performance on FunkinLua
Improved performance on Playstate, MusicBeatState/Substate, Conductor, etc
FPS font is changed to VCR
FPS is detailed, you can customize them in Advanced options menu
NoteOffsetState is broken as of now, might fix it later
