Common Problems and Solutions

To submit a bug, please read the Submit a Bug or Translation page.
An accurately filled out submission template speeds up the process.

  • Certain download queue buttons are disabled or not visible.
  • Ensure "Download Queue" is enabled during startup (default).
  • Log out and back into the store. If it persists, de- and reactivate the affected consoles on the account.
  • If deactivating is impossible, submit a bug report.
  • Other generic download queue problems.
  • Try refreshing the page and running PSDLE again.

Technical problems (actual bugs)

If you have any of the following issues, follow their steps and submit a bug report.

  • PSDLE doesn't start at all!
  • Check the bottom left corner?
  • PSDLE hangs/stops at any point.
  • Submit a bug report containing your startup options and reproducible steps.
  • Be prepared to include extra game info to assist in fixing it.
  • The reported number of items shown is not equal to the reported number of total items.
  • repod.psdle.debug.difference(true) will force those items to be displayed.
  • repod.psdle.debug.findBad() will attempt to detect these entries manually and a return a list of numbers (which is important).
  • An item has the wrong information. (PS+, platform, date, name, etc.)
  • repod.psdle.debug.entitlement() will ask for an item's name and log matches.
  • repod.psdle.debug.entitlement("123456-123456789_12-1234567891234567","id") will search for the ID (not product ID) given and log matches. Can be partial.
