Tested on Windows 10 Pro 1803 and Linux Mint 18 and it is working. Workflow is same on all platforms
npm run bootstrap,npm run bs:build,npm run bs:watchnow are working cross platformUrl for genType binary on windows is not stable and not pointing to newest version but can wait until CI can upload it somewhere stable or at least we can wait until this is released rescript-association/genType#73
