@noon-dawg please review, I had to rejig some things to support the new 4.0 version.

  • Updated to 4.0
  • Switch from remark api to unified api, as required by required now by gfm 4
  • Adjust some of the parsing code to pass our unit tests

There are some whitespace differences you can see in the test snapshot, and generally they seem to be improvements. Code blocks now leave a new line but I dont think this affects our algorithm, so overall should be a positive change.
