Version mismatch between 2.1.3 tag and memtier_benchmark --version

Building the 2.1.3 tag produces this behaviour:

$ memtier_benchmark --version
memtier_benchmark 2.1.2

Thanks for landing that change @filipecosta90, much appreciated! Are you planning on updating the 2.1.3 tag to point at 370a25e?

@OddBloke we've released 2.1.4 with the version and other fixes/improvements in (to avoid re-tagging and messing up any automation upwards).
The above should not happen anymore :)
