Version 0.2 Beta

This is a Beta release of version 0.2 of the MapBuilder QGIS plugin. The following changes have been made to the plugin:

• Show Grid now works for all levels. You need to select a level first and then toggle the grid.
• Maps can now be exported to JSON. You will need to install the Google Protocol Buffer Python Packages for this to work.
