This is the code base for the "Characterizing Emerging Companies in Computational Drug Development" paper. This repository contains all code and data necessary to reproduce the figures and statistical analyses in the paper.

- All datasets necessary for reproduction of manuscript figures, supplemental figures, and supplemental data files
plotting:
- Individual python scripts for reproduction of each manuscript figure and associated statistical analysis
- One python script for reproduction of all supplementary heatmap figures
- One python script for reproduction of the final supplementary figure
- plots: PNG files generated by all python scripts
