Prepare training data for NTIRE SR Challenge

• Download the intended dataset DIV2K, FLK2K, PEX2K

• Run the following Matlab scripts (specify the path):

  1. HR_to_LR_BICUBIC.m: bicubic LR images x2, x3, x4, x8
  2. HR_to_LR_BLURY.m: blury LR images x3
  3. HR_to_LR_NOISE.m: Noisy LR images x3-noise 30%
