FP Warehouse

Overview

As in every factory, it is important to have an inventory of the final product, to deliver the specified led keychain to its client. In this project a QR code decoder system is proposed, a robot will retrieval the containers based upon requests and carry them to where they are required.

Actual State

For the Smart Factory project, we are going to use an existing Warehouse from a previous project and place it according to our layout. This warehouse works as following.

  1. The baxter robot from the assembly line is going to put the led keychain over a plate on the FP Warehouse entry line (1), the plate will wait to we allocated.

  2. A mechanism in the warehouse (2) is going to pick a place the plate in the corresponding shelf (3).

  3. The DASH-GO B1 will retrieve the plate (with the led keychain over it) and deliver it to a human for final delivery.
