Initial functional release of Ista. Example for building AlzKB v1 is included.

Version 0.1.0

This is the initial release of ista, containing some of the key features we have planned. Prior to the release of major version 1.0, users can expect the developer API of the library to change considerably between adjacent releases.

In this release, we have prototyped the following features:

• Build a graph knowledge base from source data files using 'blocks' corresponding to node types and relationship types.
• Import the knowledge base into an empty Neo4j database (requires some minimal input from the user).
