• Workflow:
  • Adds .github/workflows/discord-pr-notify.yml to send Discord notifications for new PRs.
  • Triggers on pull_request event of type opened and workflow_dispatch.
• Notification:
  • Uses Ilshidur/action-discord@master to send messages.
  • Message includes PR title, URL, and author.
  • Requires DISCORD_WEBHOOK secret for webhook URL.
