3.4 Integration Option: Portal UI

Overview

The Portal UI for end-users is packaged with the core components of ASC and is available by default. The Portal UI displays relevant application details, help, release notes and a method to contact the developers and application owners via email. The intention of the Portal UI is to offer a dynamic support portal for your applications without needing to do any integration besides sharing a link to the webpage.

Usage

The Portal UI can easily be previewed from the Admin UI: When in the "View App" mode, press "Application Support Center Preview" and select Show -> Full Page Preview. The Portal UI URL will be opened with the appid as a query parameter. This appid can be switched with any other appid in ASC.
