Description

I cannot confirm based on Google's wording that meta-description tags will be used if you use the snippet meta tag

see original source - https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/snippet#nosnippet

I've updated the rule accordingly. Instead, I've explained to readers how they can remove undesirable parts of their page from the snippet.
