https://github.com/SuperOptimizer/volcano is a small, mostly standalone library in C for working with vesuvius data and performing common vesuvius related tasks.
The plan is to integrate most of the code directly into vesuvius-c itself, as has been asked by the team, but I'd like to keep my own version of the code around for future experiments and other changes that don't quite fit the team's requirements and asks.
