This pre-release aims to fix a bunch of issues before the next major release. It resolves both minor as well as major issues, so it's recommended to install. Note that this will also be the last version officially supporting Windows 8.1 and below, as the next release will raise the minimum .NET Framework version to 4.8.1.

  • Fixed Rewrite file synchronization to fix "Access denied" errors
  • Fixed target file getting deleted if file synchronization fails
  • Fixed "Synchronization completed successfully" message showing twice
  • Fixed Folder Comparer not opening at all
  • Fixed File 1 being displayed as "File 2"
