[Feature] Modify Plant Commands (and tad update to other commands)

Adds 2 new commands that may be useful in testing or for server admins when making refunds, etc.
/cv modifyplantanalyzed, accepts true or false, sets a held plant to be analyzed or not
/cv modifyplantstat, accepts drop_rate, growth_speed, and strength for the first parameter, and then a number 1-10 for the second, sets the stat selected to be the number provided.

The "tad update to other commands" is just removing the use of System.out and making the addPos1 and addPos2 methodsreturn the block position they set

I've tested it all and seems to work as intended without issue
