This PR updates the board thickness to 0.062" (1.57mm) in the current card ordering information.

Updated the layer stackup in Altium to be the following:
The core is 0.039" or 1mm
The copper layers are all 1Oz (or 1.4mil / 0.036mm)
The solder mask is 0.01mm

Here is how the stackup looks:

Altium updated w/ proper stack height. approved.
