[OLD] Quick Order Bulk Buy Live Picker and Simple Modal

PR Summary:

This PR introduces Quick Add Bulk to the Product Grid. It adds a simpler version of Quick Order List to the modal. It also has the live picker when there are no more than 1 variant

Details

• Update the setting from a checkbox to a select so the merchant can choose between standard, none and bulk
• Create a js file for adding to cart and updating cart (some of these can be re-used for quick order list and ill create a follow up ticket for a refactor)
• Added a loader animation
• Ensured the buyer can click - back to 0 (only to work in Quick Bulk Add)
• Added mobile/desktop main UI

Testing steps/scenarios

• Test Mobile / Desktop
• Add to cart
• Update cart
• Remove from cart
• Ensure adding to cart in other sections, cart, templates is working as expected
• Ensure it works well with qty rules/vol pricing
• Ensure loader shows up when items are added to cart
• Ensure other sections update and vice versa when adding / updating cart (example: add feat prod section to this template)
