This new release of Fluent is being developed by @AikoMidori and it requires prior installation of the Millenium Patcher by @ShadowMonster99.

USAGE (for Steam Beta only):

1. Install Millenium Patcher from here: https://github.com/ShadowMonster99/millennium-steam-patcher,
2. Copy all the files from "Options++/steam_beta" into the Steam directory and replace them when asked,
3. Create a shortcut of steam.exe, then run it with the following command line arguments: -cef-enable-debugging.
   You should now see the Fluent skin.

HOW TO INSTALL LIBRARY SKIN (libraryprealpha)

1. First of all, the new skin option is located at "Options++/libraryprealpha"
2. Download Steam Friends Patcher (SFP) from here: https://github.com/PhantomGamers/SFP#sfp-formerly-steamfriendspatcher and follow the instructions of git
3. Open SFP_UI.exe, click Patch then restart steam
4. After patching steam with SFP, copy all the files from libraryprealpha folder into the Steam/steamui directory and replace them.
