Actually we need to keep Legacy Reports and Dashboards as End of Support and target EOL at 10.6. Problem is the code is still there an will work with a flag... we need to completely remove to be CRA compliant.

@srskyline, I changed the current status back to "End of Support" and also updated the future status to "End of Life as of DataMiner version 10.6.x (Q4 2025)". Is this OK to merge?
@WoutMH and @bertbsky, could you please review this pull request to confirm the accurate inclusion of release notes 41844 and 41873 in the user guide? Thanks in advance!
