Changing document settings should mark all paths dirty

Changing pretty much any of the options in Document Settings can cause a path to get regenerated. For instance, I can change the Motor Max Torque after tuning with my robot which would potentially change every single path, but the gui does not mark them as dirty. Of course, if you hit the generate button it will spit out a different path.
