Release v1.20.2

This is v1.20.2 code archive.
These fixes are included in v1.20:

1. Fix some memory leaks in hook.cc and manager.cc.
2. Use the new xml parser from tinyxml2 to rapidxml, and fix the error-throw exception problem.
