Docs deduplication and migration clean up

Description

When we migrated to the new docs IA, some of the new file names of slightly different files were considered the same. E.g. Owns and AZOwns were treated the same and collapsed into one file. Similarly, some of the release notes were hallucinated.

This PR reverts the duplication and reverts to the previous copy using the new IA.

Tested docs locally and ran mintlify broken-links to check for broken links.
