Changelog:

• fixed an error on startup under wayland on GNOME 40 (see issue #18)
• added a restart prompt to the theme selection (see issue #23)

  Note: Multi-identity support on Android and macOS has been achieved by adding an option in the settings to prompt on startup for an identity to start with.
