Uploading from xDrip to NightScout

If you already have NightScout set up, just head into your settings in xDrip, Then under Data Sync, choose either Rest or MongoDB to send NightScout your data. You can now also scan barcodes generated by NightScout to make the setup extra easy!!

If you DONT already have NightScout set up, follow steps 3 and 5 on the NightScout Setup Page

Then enter those values into your xDrip Settings (either Mongo or Rest!)
