Can't test without a rebase due to the jinja errors, but it's probably fine; the few code comments I had made you already fixed, so LGTM. |

The multiselect input itself is not perfect, so we should consider improving it further. But I think it's a net improvement over the existing long, scrollable list of topics while actually expanding the list to about 200 topics.
